As a bullish sign for the altcoin market, the price of Bitcoin had a daily close above the 20 day moving average, which corresponded to just over $50k. Now that Bitcoin has closed at this level, we may expect to see some altcoins start to make some impressive moves. The price of Bitcoin is still in close proximity to the 20 day, so getting a little bit more separation from it would be ideal, but not a necessary condition for altcoins to make moves against Bitcoin.
